My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and disappointments. The room exceeded my expectations with a nice king bed, a living area connected to a balcony, and beautiful decor. However, the room service was lacking as dirty glasses were left, towels were insufficient, and the leaky shower door caused the bathroom floor to flood.

The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff including the amazing front of house ladies, housekeepers, and restaurant staff. The location was both very central and convenient, unfortunately close to the highway, but the staff and quality of the place make up for it. The dining experience was amazing and fresh, with no buffet, meaning your meals are perfectly made for you.
